You can order directly through our website or send an inquiry via our contact page. We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance.

We offer a curated menu of signature cakes and cupcakes, but we’re happy to personalize your order with color choices, messages, and simple design touches. While we don’t take on fully sculpted or themed cakes, we focus on elegant, elevated bakes that taste as good as they look.

At this time we do not offer gluten-free or vegan products. We take pride in the quality and care that goes into each of our bakes, and we want to ensure that everything we make meets our high standards. While we love serving as many people as possible, we’re not currently able to accommodate gluten-free or vegan options. Thank you for understanding!

Many of our recipes contain or may come into contact with nuts. We do not recommend Gourmet Layers products for those with severe allergies.

Storage & Serving
A few simple tips to help your cake look beautiful and taste amazing from first slice to last.

Keep your cake refrigerated until 2–3 hours before serving. For the best flavor and texture, allow it to come to room temperature before slicing. Cupcakes are best enjoyed the day of pickup and should be stored in an airtight container. If not eaten the same day, refrigerate and bring to room temp before serving.

Our cakes are freshest within 48 hours, but can be enjoyed up to 3–4 days if properly stored in the fridge in an airtight container.

Yes! Both cakes and cupcakes freeze well. Wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and store in an airtight container. Thaw overnight in the fridge, then bring to room temp before serving.

Keep them in a single layer or stacked with parchment between layers in an airtight container at room temperature. They stay fresh for up to 1-2 weeks. Avoid refrigeration, as it can cause the icing to become sticky. For longer storage, they freeze beautifully. Just thaw at room temp, still sealed, to prevent moisture from affecting the design.

Pickup is available from our home-based studio in Keller, TX by appointment. We’ll send address details and instructions once your order is confirmed.

Yes! Gourmet Layers is delighted to bring our fresh, made-to-order cakes, cupcakes and cookies right to your doorstep.

We offer local delivery within a 10-mile radius of our baking studio in Fort Worth (ZIP 76244). This includes nearby areas such as Keller, Alliance, Saginaw, Haslet, Roanoke, and select North Fort Worth Neighborhoods.

Deliveries are available Tuesday through Saturday, between 10 AM and 12 PM. We require at least 72 hours’ notice for all orders to ensure everything is baked fresh and packaged beautifully.

When you place your order, simply choose your event date at checkout and select “Local Delivery” instead of “Pick Up.” Please ensure someone is available to receive your treats during the delivery window.

We charge a flat $15 delivery fee for orders within our 10-mile radius (76244 & nearby ZIPs). If you’re outside this area, reach out - we may be able to help! Delivery is free for orders over $100.

If you’re a bit further out, feel free to reach out. We may be able to accommodate your order for an additional fee or help you arrange for a convenient pick up instead.

We know plans can change! Because our cakes, cupcakes, and cookies are custom-made by order and often require special supplies, we require at least 7 days’ notice before your scheduled pickup or delivery date for any cancellations or major order changes.
Orders cancelled with at least 7 days’ notice may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus any costs already incurred. Orders canceled with less than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable, as we have already begun purchasing supplies and planning your bake.
If you have an emergency, please reach out. We’ll always do our best to work with you.
Gourmet Layers reserves the right to cancel any order due to circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, you will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund.
