A Mini Story About My Pastry Training

I still remember the moment I fell in love with French pastry. During my training with the French Pastry School, I browned butter for the first time, and when that deep, nutty aroma rose from the pan, it stopped me in my tracks. I couldn’t believe something so extraordinary could come from something as simple as butter.

That moment changed the way I bake. It taught me to slow down, pay attention, and honor the beauty in small techniques and humble ingredients.
